We use a soft wash system, a technique that uses a lower pressure while providing a deep, effective cleaning without causing damage to surface areas.

A higher pressure system is used to remove most stains on concrete or other hard surface areas; such as brick and stone pavers, driveways, patios, walk ways, etc..

Zane & Jessica Franks

Zane and Jessica were both born and raised in Wake County, but now reside in Harnett County and often spend time at their "second home" in Brunswick County.
Zane is a third generation firefighter and a Captain in the Fire Service.
Jessica is a home school mom, with previous work experience ranging from the airline industry to Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.
As a family, much of their time is dedicated to serving in several areas at
Focus Church in Apex, NC. Zane & Jessica also participate in local outreach opportunities with their children and annually partner with 410 Bridge serving on a missionary team in Haiti.
Zane's experience and knowledge gained through his family's farm in Apex, his experience in real estate, and his career with the fire service; has developed into a diverse skill set.
Zane & Jessica began Tidal Wash after realizing certain markets have a limited supply of dependable resources that offer high quality services & at affordable rates.
